Welcome to Troop 1728! This blog is intended to serve as a communication tool as well as an opportunity to post pictures and share our adventures. Sir Robert Bayden-Powell, the founder of scouting, said, "When a boy finds someone who takes interest in him, he responds and follows." It is our hope that as we as Scout Leaders and you and as parents take interest in these young men that they will "respond and follow" and become leaders among men and truly learn to live the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law.
